Tasty Tuesday



Sometimes it's difficult to find the time to make a healthy and delicious breakfast in the morning.  But not anymore, here is a quick and healthy breakfast option that you can whip up really quick when you're running short on time.

Avocado Toast with Egg: 
Toast two pieces of whole wheat, whole grain, or Ezekiel bread.  Mash and spread one avocado between both pieces of toast.  Cook up two sunny side eggs (or however you prefer your eggs) and place them on the avocado toast.  Serve with a side of fresh fruit and ta-da you have a quick and healthy breakfast made in minutes!
