Fit Friday



Who says you have to workout inside?  Get out of the house and take the kids to the park and while you're at it find a bench and give this workout a try!  Make sure you stay hydrated and choose a day that is not too hot and humid!

Just 4 exercises for a great workout while the kids are playing! If you don't have kids this is still a great workout circuit for outside.
