Wellness Wednesday

December is supposed to be a very happy month but sometimes the shopping and money can really stress us out.  Not to mention it's the end of the semester and we are scrambling to get things finished.  Here are some big things that can add stress to you day but also a few things that you can do to help it... like my favorite... exercise!
