Fit Friday

Everyone's #1 favorite workout: burpees. I think I just heard about half you of reading this groan and the other half wonder what a burpee is.  A burpee is an exercise that works the abs, glutes, hamstrings, quads, chest, arms, and shoulders. It's intense and can be done without weight wherever you are. Have fun!
