Let's talk about stress baby...let's talk about you and me...
I bet you just read that to the rhythm of Salt 'n Pepa's song...Ha ha ha!  Music, among other things are great stress relievers and here are 10 things you can do daily to help with your stress!

Will get you there. Don't try too much too soon. Just start slowly. Reward yourself for short/long-term goals. Consistency is key. 5 minutes can be as important as an hour if it helps you stay on track.:
