Fit Friday


Strengthen those Hips! 
Most of us don't take the time to focus on these important muscles.  Here are some exercises that help tone up and strengthen all at the same time...and no equipment needed!


Hip/thigh exercises - I do these every night when I'm laying in the girl's room at bedtime and I FINALLY have thin thighs and slim hips!!!
