Wellness Wednesday

Everyone has some level of stress they deal with on a day-to-day basis and that is totally normal and healthy.  However, many of us have an unhealthy level of stress and it affects everything in our lives, especially our health.  Here are 10 tips to help you de-stress!


I have done 9 out of the 10 today.... Just have not cried....... YET!!! LOL   Feeling great.
