When an individual is constantly stressed out day after day, it can put their body at serious health risks. An individual with chronic stress can suffer from heartburn, increased depression, a weakened immune system, insomnia, rapid breathing, high blood sugar/pressure, fertility problems, tense muscles, and a low sex drive.
