Tasty Tuesday





Chobani Ranch Veggie Dip! 
Dipping your veggies into ranch can seem very healthy but most ranch dips are around 150 calories for two tbsp. 
Mixing your ranch seasoning in Chobani yogurt (Or any other plain Greek yogurt) gives you protein and is around 20 calories for 2 tbsp!
