Here is a great throw-in-the-blender breakfast or snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quartered strawberries
- 1 sliced banana
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw oats
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. honey
Directions:
1. Blend almonds and oats in a blender until finely chopped.
2. Add strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and honey to the
blender and blend until smooth.
3. If you like a thinner smoothie add some almond milk until
your desired consistency is reached. Enjoy on the go or in your home!
